Finally I found a solution

When I tried to send mail from Powerpoint, id did not find the file named MSVCR71.dll

I found this:
To locate the file on your system, issue this command from a command prompt at the root drive:

dir /s <filename from error message>.*

Example: dir /s MSVCR71.*

A list of directory paths containing the file w…See moreA list of directory paths containing the file will appear. Place one of the paths into the system path (although preferred, it does not have to be a Domino related path). Then re-run the Domino install.

Checking the System Path variable:

1. From the Windows Desktop, right-click My Computer and select Properties.

2. On the Advanced properties tab, select Environment Variable.

3. In the System Variables box, Select "Path" and select Edit.

4. In the Variable Value field append a directory path containing the file in the error message and select OK.

Solved !

Now, the customer can send mail from Office using Lotus Notes client :-)
